The place was beautiful! From the minute we arrived the keys were ready for us. We opened our door to a lovely open plan and a beautiful view looking out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of an amazing size with beautiful clean crispy white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bathrooms are fantastic with all amenities that one needs! The pool was beautiful with lovely sun loungers and a bbq. Melonis owner of the property is a lovely gentlemen and whatever we needed he was always ready to help and be at the Villa within minutes. The rest of his team who cleaned and also helped with the maintenance where all lovely. Will definitely go back and recommend to people. Thank you Melonis!

Even if we had the same court we had 100% privacy. the garden is awesome, animals too. Melanie and her husband are very nice people and if u have a problem they are there for you. you can count on them. i reccomend “the tiny house” for every single couple! you have to follow her advices cause are the best.

For us, it was a unique opportunity to experience a truly authentic stay in the middle of an old olive tree plantation. The accommodation oozes rustic charm while remaining very comfortable (with AC), and the owners have thought of every detail — the place is extremely well equipped. Privacy was excellent we had the whole property for ourselves), and being surrounded by Cretan nature really helped us unwind and relax. Communication with the owners was great, and they kindly welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit.

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

We had the most amazing family holiday here.The house is stunning and has everything you need. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, everything is within easy reach.Restaurants, beaches and Chania is a short drive. We had a car which I would thoroughly recommend to see this beautiful island. Joy’s Villas is a spectacular property, great location - walking distance to the beach. Super clean, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, stunning pool. We loved staying here - is was a standout on our trip. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

    The villa is beautiful.It has an amazing view, especially from the rooms on the first floor where you can see Marathi, Ancient Aptera and Souda’s bay. At night it’s also very impressive because of the light’s inside and outside the All of the rooms are big and nicely decorated.We also enjoyed playing with our kids at the pool.The kids loved both the villa and the pools. The house offers all comforts.The house guests are very kind and helpful and available at any time you need them. We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa.

    Very nice villa with excellent features, very spacious and with the perfect view to the mainland of Crete since it's in the Suda peninsula. Very polite and helpful hosts made us feel welcomed from the first minute. Will probably be returning in the future!

    Absolutely amazing place to stay! Villa is located in a nice quite place. Owner was helpful, good comunication. Villa is fully equipped, interior is beautiful. Nice bathroom, kitchen with living room, bedroom with very comfortable bed. Possibility of using swimming pool made staying at this place even better. We would like to return, definitely!

    We enjoyed our short stay at villa Aitheras. Beautiful spacious apartment very clean with breathtaking view and relaxing sitting area in the garden. The place is conveniently located from Marathi, Loutraki Beach and Chania airport. Perfect for couples and families. Our host Athena was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with homemade cake, fresh fruits and Cretan raki. We will definitely come back again.
