    We had the most incredible stay at the villa, the location was breathtaking with stunning views of the Sean and mountains all around! The villa had everything we could possibly want, a fully equipped kitchen a cozy living area and comfortable bedrooms, every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The owners were very welcoming and treated us with some of their local produce! We cannot recommend this villa enough!

    Evaggelia and Lefteris are amazing hosts and the villa was marvelous. It had every amenity we needed, comfortable beds, great AC, wifi, fully equiped kitchen, great swimming pool and amazing views!!

    Extremely kind host offering various interesting options during our stay. Kostas even arranged a delicious birthday cake with delivery for our daughter. The villa is located in a lovely setting with panoramic view on the sea.

    The location is wonderful if you don't mind going everywhere (even for grocery) with your car. The villa is practically in the middle of nowhere which gives you peace and privacy. The house is well equipped (working kitchen / fridge / microwave / dishwasher). The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is really important when it comes to vacation. The pool is small but its ok if you want to cool yourself and hang at the pool area.

    Beautifully designed, in keeping with the local environment. Loved the olive trees surrounding the place. Really comfortable and fantastic aircon. Nikos very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable holiday for our first time in Crete. We had a week of busyness exploring the cities and sites in the North, followed by relaxing at Litiniana villas. Was great and special thanks to Nikos who made us feel that we got to know the place a bit, as guests rather than tourists.

    This is a very nice well appointed villa with everything you will need and the location is extremely private - you will need a hire car due to the remote location but it is worth the extra expense - nearest decent supermarket is an hours drive away - fantastic sea view with private pool - excellent Taverna 5 mins drive away
