I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was. House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our super friendly host, who made us feel right at home. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. We were particularly grateful for the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver on a hot summer day. One of the highlights of our stay was the nearby lake, perfect for those looking to explore or take a refreshing swim. It added an adventurous touch to our trip. We also made great use of the fantastic BBQ grill house, where we enjoyed delicious meals under the stars. What truly sets this place apart is the attentive service from our host. Whenever we needed something, he was quick to come by and bring it to us. To our pleasant surprise, he even brought us fresh bread during our stay! Everything about this getaway was perfect, and we would definitely book this house again in the future. Marijana and Ivan were amazing hosts! They welcomed us with a smile and a whole watermelon. They were always available for any questions or recommendations, and constantly checking in to see if everything was going well. The house is modern and beautifully furnished. We took full advantage of both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, as well as the common places like the living room and the front door garden. The view is an added point on top of everything. It was really an amazing experience both for the house in itself, and the kindness of its hosts.

Perhaps I have never slept in such a comfy bed as here. The flat was newly renovated/built and it was quite clean. Dushanka and Damir were really great hosts. Though we spent one night in the house only, they welcomed us with local delicacies: prosciuttio (smoked ham), cheese, freshly baked bread, juice, candies, fresh fruits, spirit, etc. We loved the endless silence, the voice of wildlife, the fresh air, and the Milky Way was so bright from the terrace as I saw it from the village I grew up in decades ago. Most of the travelers go to the Croatian coasts for vacation and miss visiting the intrinsic mountainous regions of the country. However, these amazing geological formations deserve much more attention. This was our third visit in the Velebits, so we already knew the beauty of this land, but still, this is definitely a place where we need to come back in the future.

The location is peaceful, ideal for vacation if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy. The house itself is perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and there is not many neighbours around. The owner was very kind to leave us a welcome gift upon our arrival. We also have to compliment our caretaker ms. Ivana for her kindness. A big plus for us personally is that our dogs were welcome. They had a blast! 😁

The villa was beautiful and clean. Was concerned as wasn’t many reviews but there was no need! Everything you need was supplied and more. Fantastic host who was friendly and very helpful who spoke fluent English. The pictures do not do the villa justice as simply stunning and was a perfect escape for my family. Amazing holiday.
