The host Mate warmly welcomed us and gave us excellent recommendations for a walk to the river Zrnovnica, a local product called soparnik under UNESCO protection. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, sleeping and staying in nature, and also a great start for exploring Split and Omis with their beaches, which are only 15 minutes' drive from the villa.

the place was perfect for us, we were a group of 14 people. the pool and the outside area was amazing! very clean and the water was at a perfect temperature. but the best part about the place were our incredible hosts who went out of their way to give us the best time possible. and they truly did!! thank you so much for everything you did for us even though you really didn‘t have to!! I’ve stayed at many private places but never has anyone been this generous and helpful! my whole family was in awe. in general the whole place was very clean and we felt very comfortable as well. would love to go back someday!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The owner was incredibly welcoming, meeting us at a designated spot and guiding us up the hill to the house. He had explained everything about the house and even guided us to the nearest shop. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing bottle of olive oil he gifted us, made from his own olives—it was delicious! The location is perfect—close to the city yet secluded, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach fun. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Fabulous well equiped house with a great swimming pool. Two large bedrooms. Very comfy beds. Bathrooms well equipped. Lounge area so relaxing and the kitchen dining area was a pleasure to be in. Outdoor covered patio with washing machine and another separate toilet. Plenty of Sun loungers and spaces to relax in. Very private home. There is also a veg garden that we could pick tomatoes capsicums for salad. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and could not have been more hospitable and generous. We stayed 10 nights and felt so at home.

There were heaps of things to do! Such as bocce ball, darts, billiard, pool and there was even a foosball table. Heaps of space to just hang around, indoor and outdoor. Since we were a few people it was good to have two bathrooms. Nine (the host) and her dad were super helpful with anything. They brought extra blankets, washing powder, gave personal recommendations and offered a big Bluetooth speaker. Whenever there was a question we got a response or help within a short time.

    Located on a quiet hillside, nearest town with stores and restaurants is 3 min drive away. Perfect for family vacation or with group of friends. Villa is equipped with everything one would need. Will probably book again for next year.

    Very spacious villa with amazing views and sunsets. Well equipped and modern. Lots to do with mountain bikes, tennis, ping-pong and more included. Pool area was great. Ower was very helpful. Few nice restaurants just 10min drive away.
