The property featured a private open balcony with sunbeds and a table with chairs, with amazing views to soak up the sun. The bed was comfortable and the room is modern with everything you need. The hosts are amazing people and treated me and my partner like family after I fell ill due to a stomach bug, provided us with amenities and medicine without asking for anything in return and was always extremely responsive (literally minutes) on the phone no matter the time of the day. There is a restaurant under the property managed by them and the food is amazing, would recommend 10000/10.

Klunj home is the best place for anyone who love authentic nature and needs real time for relaxation, especialy for familly with kids. We found all we needed. The house is verry good equipated. Do not bring toys because they have allot of toys for boys and girls 😁 🤩. Our little girls (5 and 7) enjoyed the tree house and all the place. The owner is verry kind and present for any question. For us it was beyond expectation! I highly recomend Klunj home. 🥰

Our stay at this charming house was absolutely wonderful. The location is great - just steps away from a bakery, a café, and great local restaurants. It truly allowed us to soak in the relaxed, authentic atmosphere of Brtonigla ❤️ The house itself is beautifully renovated and designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, fresh, and ready for us when we arrived. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has everything you might need. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. We could relax completely, unwind, and enjoy both the house and the charm of the region. The location is also perfect as a base for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The host was lovely – very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. You can really feel that she cares about creating a great experience for her guests. All in all, it was a truly delightful stay – peaceful, relaxing, and full of small touches that made it special. We would absolutely love to return! Highly recommended! ❤️

The property is just amazing. Nature, privacy and you. Thats it. Very good for a family with kids, clean pool, clean villa. Marko the host is very friendly and really wants that the guests feel like home. If we needed anything, he was there in 15-20 minutes. Worth every penny!

    My family and I Loved the villas , great views , location is amazing, 3 different pools all located close to each other access to the beach, I would recommend getting aqua shoes for the beach as most of it is pebbles or rocky, but the water is cool and bo waves, great for family. A perfect spot for a relaxing location.

    We had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool and the surrounding area were fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and homely. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. This is one of the best villas with a pool in Istria. The environment was truly pleasant, peaceful, and offered stunning sunsets. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

    We love this resort very much, it is fantastic! It was the fourth time we were here. The villas are very nice, calm and friendly environment, great beach for SUP or snorkeling, as well as to just be at the beach.

    Nice refurbished villa type hotel next to the beachfront. Free sunbeds on the beaches around the houses. Each villa has gas grill on the terrasse on top of the kitchenette in the house. Added new outside relax pool! Dog friendly!

    staff very accommodating, electric vehicles always available for transport of elderly relative with limited mobility. As requested, we were assigned to a villa very near to pool given his mobility problems. great care of gardens and lanes with immediate cleanup after thunderstorm. villas very private in spite of vicinity thanks to orientation of verandas, curtains etc. only complaint, no cutting board in the kitchen. everything great!

    We stayed in villas for 6 people with two bedrooms , the villa was completely new with a big terrace and bbq . The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils of good quality. large plus two bathrooms , large terrace with sun loungers .
