The moment we entered the door, we felt like we came to a completely different world. They gave a very warm welcome. They prepared a delicious welcome drink, which felt very good during the check-in process. They upgraded our room, and we were happy. The view was magnificent. Every detail has been tastefully thought out and decorated: simple, stylish, elegant and comfortable. There was a tea and coffee machine, different types of tea and coffee capsules. They prepared cookies and tropical fruits and put them next to it. We liked it very much. We paid including breakfast. There was a breakfast menu in the room, we informed them what we wanted to eat the night before and asked them to bring it to our room. It was very nice to have breakfast in the garden of the room with the view and open air. Each of the foods was delicious and satisfying, and their presentations were beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel, the presentation and taste were very good and they took very good care of us. The hotel also offers massage services. We said the day before that we wanted a massage and fixed the time. They came to our room exactly at the time we planned. It has become one of the most unique experiences in our lives. I definitely recommend you to try it. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. They made us feel like at home. Edy took such good care of us that he made every moment at the hotel unique. When we said we wanted to buy tropical fruit, he bought mangosteen fruit for us. Many thanks and love to Edy and Anggi for their contribution to leaving us with such beautiful memories. There were a few places we wanted to visit when leaving the hotel, and they took us wherever we wanted. They said they could also help with airport transfer. In other words, from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the end, they showed incredible interest and added value to every moment. They provided us with an experience far beyond our expectations.

Adil and his wife were the most amazing hosts. We weren't sure what exactly we were going to do in Ubud luckily we found Adil. Who was not just our host but also our own private tour guide and driver. His place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Not too far from the centre but out of the noise and traffic. He took us to nice local restaurants (warung), that served amazing local dishes at less than half the price at what you would pay at the tourist spots. He also took us to an amazing waterfall not offered by the typical places that sells packages. He offered us a local tour of Ubud, but we were keen on heading east to Lempuyang, which we later regretted. If a 2 hour trip and 3 hour queue wait is your thing yes sure do it...otherwise just go with what Adil has in mind. If you landed on his accommodation. Do yourself a favour and book it right away...
