This place was heaven on earth. The views of nature and being so close to it was absolutely beautiful. The villa was luxurious and I loved every moment. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating, not forgetting humble and kind. Overall the hospitality and stay was really amazing and really comfy. Definitely 10/10

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation and truly enjoyed every moment. Our stay at The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas was beyond exceptional—the best villa experience I’ve had in all of Bali! I had booked it as a special getaway to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to create a magical experience, showing an impressive level of attention to detail and care that made us feel genuinely pampered. The staff was incredibly responsive, staying in constant contact with us on mobile for any needs we had during our stay. They arranged everything we requested, and even anticipated needs we hadn’t thought of! For the birthday celebration, they surprised us with a beautiful complimentary cake, decorated our villa with colorful balloons, and made us feel like VIPs. The floating breakfast they prepared was absolutely incredible—delicious, beautifully presented, and such a unique experience to have in our private pool, overlooking the jungle. The villa itself is a masterpiece. Inspired by Japanese design, every corner of the room felt thoughtfully designed and luxurious. From the sleek shower to the small touches like high-quality bath products and shampoo, they had everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was of outstanding quality, ensuring we had restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The infinity pool was hands-down one of the highlights, offering jaw-dropping views of the lush jungle surroundings. We spent hours just floating and enjoying the peace and beauty around us. The location of the villa is a perfect balance—nestled peacefully in the jungle for a secluded feel, yet close enough to central Ubud for easy access to explore the town’s vibrant culture and cuisine. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, privacy, and an unmatched level of hospitality, this is it.

Everything was perfect, it was our first day in Bali and we couldn't have dreamt of a better start! The location is very special and romantic for couples. The location is just perfect. It is located in the middle of ricefield, away from the street, so it is totally calm, peaceful and quiet. The place itself is full of nature. Waking up in the morning seeing those beautiful green scenery really relaxes your mind. They always keep our villa clean and in order. They also provide a healthy and refreshing water inside the fridge, and aside from that, they also refill our table with fruits. That was so generous and thoughtful of them. Jayax and his team are really nice, respectful and kind. They always check that everything is okay and if we need something, they immediately comply on it. Inside the villa, one of jayax team are always present, so when you need something, you can easily talk to them. They also provideded food during nyepi festival since all establishments, resto and supermarket are closed. They don't even made an extra charge on it. The Bed and pillows are so comfortable. From day 1 until our last day, we always had a great sleep and not even had a neck or backpain.

The villa was amazing, located in the jungle and offered exactly what we were looking for: nature, quiet place, private pool. An amazing experience. The staff was adorable, loved them. Always helpful and very responsive. Very nice people. Due to its location, you need a 5 min buggy ride from the drop point (where taxi or driver - cars , leave you) however they were very responsive to ensure the pick up at any hour. We had a great floating breakfast. Spa room is also surrounded by vegetation- i have enjoyed a massage while listening to the river nearby Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, however you really need to want this experience. If you want something close to the city, easy to commute, walking distance , more like a continental experience, this is not the place.
