Barb and Dave were excellent hosts, so welcoming and down to earth... and the Balinese staff were so kind and helpful. I loved everything... beautiful location surrounded by nature, beautiful room with an amazing bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a getaway from the hussle and bustle of south Bali

This beautiful villa with amazing views is located as close as possible to Sekumpul waterfall. We got up early and arrived at the waterfalls before all the tourists. An incomparable experience when you are all alone enjoying the waterfalls, with no crowds or lines for photos. They also give you a good discount on tickets to visit the waterfalls when you check in. The nice breakfasts and the ability to get dinner in the room was very convenient for us. The hosts are very friendly. We would gladly recommend Secumpool Villa!

Charming, quiet place, on the edge of the jungle. Bamboo house and surroundings made with attention to every detail. Beautiful kitchen with outdoor dining area open to the garden, bathroom with shower also partially outside, bedroom upstairs with outdoor bed, all immersed in beautiful vegetation. High quality equipment of the house. beautiful view from the pool and terrace allows you to relax surrounded by nature and beautiful views. In the evening you can hear the wonderful sounds of the jungle, in the morning you can admire beautiful sunrises. When it rains you can hide under the covered terrace. The house and surroundings are beautifully finished, everything is new and clean. In reality even more beautiful than in the pictures. Madi took care of us during our stay. He made sure that we lacked nothing, he helped when my husband felt bad, offering help in buying medicines, finding a good restaurant nearby, ATM, etc. breakfast very good, several dishes to choose from, delivered to the cottage. Peace, quiet, nature, relaxation. If only we could, we would stay longer! We are truly enchanted by this place. We would like to thank Madi and the owners for a wonderful stay.

The villa is a paradise island lost somewhere in the north of Bali. We liked it a lot. The villa's owner Puja helped us with every need we had (driving, organizing trips to waterfalls, helping by buying fruits etc.). We felt like dear guests. The villa itself is new, modern, and has a wonderful pool where we spent the evenings. We sometimes also ordered food to the villa (with Grab). 100% recommendable. We have only good memories about staying in this villa. P.S. You have to be prepared that the location is not touristic with its advantages and disadvantages. For example, there is nothing special around the villa, just houses. You have to go by car to do groceries (there is a small supermarket next to the villa though). The beach is around 15 minutes by walking, and it has black volcano sand. We saw only few tourists there and some locals, mostly children, swimming in the sea. The water was clean and without big waves (perfect for swimming) but the beach itself is wild, not "manucured". For is it was an advantage though :)

The staff was amazing. They did everything to let me have the best time possible. Even during the silent day of Nyepi his mom prepared a beautiful breakfast for me. I loved the banana pancakes with fruit and bali coffee. So good 🙏 And I wanted space and quiet and I allowed myself to have the family villa for myself to have space for yoga and workout. I loved going to the ocean daily a couple of times. I had ocean view, lots of light, space and a beautiful outside bathroom and outside living room. I can highly recommend this place 🙏
