What a fantastic host and amazing property, the photos actually don't do it justice. A stunning villa in a quiet and calm location away from the crowds. Everything you could possibly need was provided including a fully stocked (large) minibar. Eddie the host can arrange anything you like if you want to adventure out a little but there are plenty of quality food and drink venues locally if you want to just chill for a bit (or surf!!). An unspoilt must visit place in Bali and Balian Beach Villa is definitely the place to stay!!!

Staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were always at out bec and call, and always had a smile on their face. Pool was always cleaned and is just as seen in the images. Each room was incredibly spacey and had all the ameneties you need. This place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Worth every penny.

Doing surf check from the bed is priceless! Having breakfast while doing surf check is awesome! Breakfast was good and healthy and they set the table at the villa. Sunsets from pool, good mattress and 270* view are worth to mention. Villa is perfect to surf and relax, quite beach. Staff is there to help and very friendly.

    This villa was a really nice surprise. The location is amazing, just above a beautiful beach. And the villa itself was nicely designed, very comfortable, and felt luxurious. Best of all, we had total privacy and could enjoy the pool and garden without interruption. We loved it so much that we are actually looking to book additional dates there.

    Traditional joglo style villa surrounded by amazing gardens and a private pool. This villa is filled with quirky Indonesian artefacts and has a unique chilled ambient but rustic charm. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and a great communicator. You wont be disappointed!

    Great location, super quiet but an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Lovely view from the room (the 1 bedroom villa) and the pool. Having a sound system built in for listening in the pool was great. Arsa (who looked after the Villas) was super kind and helpful, bought us cold coconut water, arranged a motorbike and massages and gave great tips where to visit with the bike. The rice paddies inland were spectacular.
