Quiet and pleasant place. The service is top notch, the hotel staff works beyond any expectations. They are always in touch. The rooms are clean. There are beautiful views of rice fields around, it is especially nice to walk near the hotel in the evening. I will definitely come back here again. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

I love the great customer service and hospitality the team gave. Down to the breakfast in bed, Airport pick and drop services along with transportation in inner city. The Nau Villa team also made sure the property was clean and safely maintained.

    Everything! The villas were beautiful with views of the mountain and rice fields, very luxurious for a modest price point. Triana went above and beyond during our stay with recommending restaurants, booking taxis and hiring scooters, organising massages and providing room service. The location was perfect as you’re a bit out of Ubud and truely in the rice fields and jungle it’s very peaceful, still very quick and easy to get into Ubud via taxi or scooter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very hard to leave!
