We stayed at Agastya Villa after a very disappointing experience at another property in Ubud, and the difference was incredible. Agastya Villa offers exactly what you expect from a proper jungle retreat – peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The villa was spotless and fresh, with no sign of insects or reptiles inside the room, despite being in the heart of the jungle. The structure was solid, the roof and doors were perfectly sealed, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our entire stay. The bed was very comfortable with clean, crisp linens, and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure and plenty of hot water – something we really appreciated after our previous stay elsewhere. What also made a big difference was the staff. They were polite, discreet, and always available when needed, without being intrusive. There were no excessive “do not” signs around the villa – the whole place felt welcoming and relaxing. If you are looking for an authentic jungle experience in Ubud without sacrificing comfort, hygiene, or peace of mind, I highly recommend Agastya Villa. It is clear that the owners care about maintaining high standards. We left feeling rested, happy, and very satisfied. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas was simply outstanding. The view from the infinity pool, overlooking the lush forest, was absolutely mesmerising. The food was of exceptional quality, always served punctually within the ordering hours, which made dining in our villa an easy and delightful choice. The staff were remarkably hospitable, offering thoughtful assistance with excursion planning and activities, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience. Staying at this villa was pure paradise in the middle of the central Bali countryside. Yovi the host was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, she does everything she can to ensure you’re stay in perfect. The villa is brand new and spotless, and you can walk around the countryside with beautiful scenery, or go to a nearby temple and waterfall. Thank you Yovi for providing a little taste of luxury!

    We had a long stay for 25 days and couldn't recommend Sativa Villas higher. All the staff were exceptional and made us feel like an extension of their family. Wonderful service, great Balinese hospitality and effortless with all logistics. Meals were fresh, delicious and prepared on request. Clean facilities, Wonderful private pool and very private villa.
