This property is conveniently located close to both the airport and Angamaly. It offers three bedrooms and comes with sufficient furniture. Unfortunately, the property is not well maintained. The fridge was in an unpleasant condition, the kitchen was unclean and lacked basic necessities, the blankets had an odor, there were no toilet rolls, the walls were dirty, and the lighting was inadequate.

Mom’s villa is an exceptional place that is well located in a secure, calm residential area that is close to the airport too. Large spacious house ideal for stay with families. All the facilities provided were very functional and clean. Prashant is an excellent host whose demeanour made the stay even more pleasant. The villa's architecture and interior design are stunning. The owner ,varghese eattan was warm, welcoming, and provided top-notch service. The amenities were luxurious and well-maintained. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxation The location was ideal, with easy access to Kochi's main attractions and just 4KM from airport. Room service was prompt and efficient. Overall, an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend Best Villa for a luxurious getaway. We had the most incredible stay at Nest Villa. The villa was immaculately clean, and equipped with everything, literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt exactly like our own home. The villa's location was ideal - around 1 km from the Cochin International Airport which made the stay more comfortable and convenient for us The hospitality we received was great, be it from the owner or other staff.The owner - Eldhose was ready to help on to the slightest of the problems and was ready to help no matter what . He is a very very responsible man, who is always ready to answer our queries There were 2 families and everyone was sooper duper comfortable and happy about the stay we had . Thank you to the amazing stay we had at Nest Villa and next time, for the stay at Kochi, of course this will be our first priority I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a perfect stay for your family/ your friends

Jeevan and Johnson were wonderful hosts. Happily gave us recommendations for dinner. We stayed in a beautiful room by the pool. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful! They are also The Travel Planners and put us in touch with a contact to help arrange a safari in Periyar. This worked out very well, thanks guys.

Beautiful property, very spacious for family, beautiful views. Lovely and accommodating hosts. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. Felt very safe in the property. The garden outside is beautiful for families to relax. Despite having a river flow right outside the garden, the safety measures were very good and didn't have any worries with teenagers playing around in the garden. The terrace was wonderful - had a beautiful view and very accommodating with fans, lights and bird nets to ensure nice hangout spot in the night.

Located in a peaceful place, lush greenary and experience real Kerela here. 2 rooms are good for a family and you can stay with more members at a very reasonable price. The host Babu is the caretaker and owner Mr. PREMKUMAR is a very understanding and caring person. Will deffinitely book the same place.
