The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

It was a great experience with family The house is very well kept with all essentials. Kids loved the pool which is really clean and well maintained. This is a nice new place right near the beach. Stylish and cozy atmosphere in the cottage. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids, there was enough place for us. The stuff at the property was very helpfull. All the management was through messengers. We took the breakfast option,and the chef cooked right on out kitchen since there is no restautant in the property. But there are planty of places around where to eat on the beach. Actually we went to the South Goa after this stay and then came back here in a few days. For sure this is the best variant in Morjim-Ashwem, this is our 5th visit to Goa. We will come again!!! Thank you very much!

The location is good. It's close to a major intersection in Calangute, so a drive to Panjim is a short while away. They have their own parking in an adjacent property. The Villa is walkable from a very nice beach. The house is great for 5 people! Specially if you want to cook for yourself. They have a great kitchen. The hosts are very helping and provide anything you need fixed.

Beautiful place, fantastic team especially Raveena, Reagan and Utsab from management team and Rahul and Pooja from housekeeping. They all were available all the time to assist. Few maintenance related points are already shared as feedback with them, however these seem negligible compared to the amazing experience we have had. We were in awe of how serene and beautiful everything was and they did fulfill all the requests we have had.

The villa is luxurious with all possible amenities. The on-site butlers were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are large, and the pool is lovely. Breakfast, prepared by the butlers, was a great spread! The perfect place for a family (we went with two littles).
