Beautiful place, fantastic team especially Raveena, Reagan and Utsab from management team and Rahul and Pooja from housekeeping. They all were available all the time to assist. Few maintenance related points are already shared as feedback with them, however these seem negligible compared to the amazing experience we have had. We were in awe of how serene and beautiful everything was and they did fulfill all the requests we have had.

The location is good. It's close to a major intersection in Calangute, so a drive to Panjim is a short while away. They have their own parking in an adjacent property. The Villa is walkable from a very nice beach. The house is great for 5 people! Specially if you want to cook for yourself. They have a great kitchen. The hosts are very helping and provide anything you need fixed.

    The Villa in that nice old Goan style was just amazing, enogh space inside and the Highlight was the garden with the big pool surounded by tropical trees and Plants.... Just stunning This alone would be a reason to stay there again, but the Best of All was the Service by the houskeeper with his wife, so friendly we just lost our hearts there....

    Beautiful 100 year old property that has been restored with alot of passion and maintained superbly. Pearl our point of contact was very helpful throughout the process of booking and our stay. Special thanks to the lovely caretakers Raju & Bimla, who kept the place really clean and cooked us lovely food everyday... Always ensuring we were comfortable. We'll definitely be staying at Villa Sereno again.
