The house is squeaky clean. 2 Bathrooms(attached to each of the 2 bedrooms) is well maintained. Dining room. Kitchen is superb with all the needed utensils and fridge and waste basket for waste disposal. Airconditioned cozy bedrooms. Filtered waster purifier. Enclosed mosquito free terrace with a big hall which can accommodate almost 20 people. A perfect house for family, friends and small events. It also has a shower behind the house just in case you had a great time in the beach and dont want to spoil the clean house. Food home delivery is also available.

We had the most incredible stay at Nest Villa. The villa was immaculately clean, and equipped with everything, literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt exactly like our own home. The villa's location was ideal - around 1 km from the Cochin International Airport which made the stay more comfortable and convenient for us The hospitality we received was great, be it from the owner or other staff.The owner - Eldhose was ready to help on to the slightest of the problems and was ready to help no matter what . He is a very very responsible man, who is always ready to answer our queries There were 2 families and everyone was sooper duper comfortable and happy about the stay we had . Thank you to the amazing stay we had at Nest Villa and next time, for the stay at Kochi, of course this will be our first priority I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a perfect stay for your family/ your friends

I loved absolutely everything about the experience. The service was exceptional, Both Hosts and People working at the Vala House are super kind and going their way and beyond to accomodate the needs of the guests. The place is located in beautiful place, with the view on backwaters, very clean and the food is truly amazing. Whenever we had any issue with transport or anything, they helped us to solve them immediately. Beautiful place to regenerate and enjoy the nature.
