My family and I stayed here, and we absolutely loved it! The property is newly built, very spacious, and beautifully designed with much thought put into details. It’s in a good location, making it super easy to get around. The approach to place can be a bit tricky at first but not much of a hassle. Everything we needed was provided, and everything was in perfect order. The place was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cozy setup made it feel like a home away from home. The ample space—it made the whole experience so much more relaxing. For the price, it’s amazing value for money. Whether you’re planning a quick trip or a longer stay, this property is perfect. It’s an independent stay, which adds a nice touch of privacy and flexibility. At the same time, Adith is easily reachable and addresses concerns readily. The property is beautifull, extremely clean and well managed. It was very well equipped and everything was in great condition.The interiros are as nice as the gardens outside! I would definitely stay here again when in Trivandrum and would reccomend it with no hesitation. Sathyamurthy, the caretaker is very sweet and the owner was also very communicative and aproachable. We really loved our stay there and did not want to leave!

Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking.
