Mom’s villa is an exceptional place that is well located in a secure, calm residential area that is close to the airport too. Large spacious house ideal for stay with families. All the facilities provided were very functional and clean. Prashant is an excellent host whose demeanour made the stay even more pleasant. Beautiful property, very spacious for family, beautiful views. Lovely and accommodating hosts. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. Felt very safe in the property. The garden outside is beautiful for families to relax. Despite having a river flow right outside the garden, the safety measures were very good and didn't have any worries with teenagers playing around in the garden. The terrace was wonderful - had a beautiful view and very accommodating with fans, lights and bird nets to ensure nice hangout spot in the night.

An amazing experience! It was one of the best homestays I've ever stayed at! The hosts are lovely people, very welcoming and super friendly. The breakfasts are so tasty too! Gokhan was super helpful, showing me around the local area, ensuring I could work comfortably when I needed to,and even organising a scooter rental for me! Close to some incredible beaches and great restaurants too. The local area is stunning and easily accessible to all the main spots by foot. I highly recommend this hidden gem if you want peace, quiet, and amazing hospitality.

We had the most incredible stay at Nest Villa. The villa was immaculately clean, and equipped with everything, literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt exactly like our own home. The villa's location was ideal - around 1 km from the Cochin International Airport which made the stay more comfortable and convenient for us The hospitality we received was great, be it from the owner or other staff.The owner - Eldhose was ready to help on to the slightest of the problems and was ready to help no matter what . He is a very very responsible man, who is always ready to answer our queries There were 2 families and everyone was sooper duper comfortable and happy about the stay we had . I loved absolutely everything about the experience. The service was exceptional, Both Hosts and People working at the Vala House are super kind and going their way and beyond to accomodate the needs of the guests. The place is located in beautiful place, with the view on backwaters, very clean and the food is truly amazing. Whenever we had any issue with transport or anything, they helped us to solve them immediately. Beautiful place to regenerate and enjoy the nature.

Located in a peaceful place, lush greenary and experience real Kerela here. 2 rooms are good for a family and you can stay with more members at a very reasonable price.
