An absolutely amazing stay, in a beautiful old home. Super comfortable bed, large room and verandah (junior suite). The pool area was stunning and we spent a lot of time there. Beautiful gardens too. Incredibly attentive staff that are always at hand to offer tea, coffee, soda etc. We were so well taken of, it was difficult to leave. Lovely breakfast and chai masala, one morning our hosts were so kind as to pack our breakfast up for us to take on an early morning start. Multiple times a day our water was replenished and towels etc changed, bed made, incense or oil burners lit. Couldn't have been more perfect.

The location is good. It's close to a major intersection in Calangute, so a drive to Panjim is a short while away. They have their own parking in an adjacent property. The Villa is walkable from a very nice beach. The house is great for 5 people! Specially if you want to cook for yourself. They have a great kitchen. The hosts are very helping and provide anything you need fixed.

The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. We travelled from the UK for a 14-night stay at Bludoor. We were greeted on arrival by the Elivaas team who were great throughout the duration of our stay. The villa was everything that we had hoped it would be and the live-in couple (Mithun and Bulti) were absolutely lovely and kept the villa in tip-top shape. We had a chef cook for us one evening for my brother's birthday and had a barbecue one evening too, all arranged through Elivaas and the food was superb! We especially enjoyed the games room, which overlooked the beautiful garden and pool and spent many evenings chilling there. Our whole experience was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Goa, which was the first time any of us had travelled to India - so thank you everyone at Elivaas (Utsab, Mithun and Bulti particularly) for making it a holiday to remember!
