The villa is situated at a beautiful location in Castiadas with a really nice sea view from the balcony, walking distance from a scenic beach and 7 mins drive to a supermarket in Costa Rei. The care takers of the property have done a great job in maintaining it. Garden and pool area were highlights to us where we chilled, grilled, played and swim a lot! There was anything you'd ever need, starting from hygiene products and ending at beach equipment (sun bathing chairs, sun umbrellas, beach games). It was spotlessly clean and the owner was very welcoming. The view from the garden is amazing! The villa is conveniently located with restaurants and the beach nearby. Private residential area, family friendly, safe neighbourhood and quiet (you can hear music from the beach club opposite but thats only when you are outside) We like the practicality of the space and would be sufficient for a family of 4.
