The location is perfect! right between lake Como and lake Lugano with a bonus small lake 5 minutes from the location The apartment is in the castle/fortification which takes you back in time, it's simply amazing. The building is old yet inside you have all the modern amenities you might need (dish/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc) Plenty of free parking on the property (something rare in Italy) The co-working space exceeds expectations, it's not just a random room with a table but rather multiple rooms with different purposes which are perfectly fit for both big team events and working in quiet. No hidden fees or surprises and had cleaning supplies for dish/washing machines

Luca was amazing host, always ready to help, location was good 15min drive to the city (5min drive till supermarket or 15min drive till swimming place ) We stayed 9 nights, sometimes It was bit too loud nd hard to sleep ( loud motorbikes) entrance to the property bit too tight ( Im driving honda crv, and managed to Scratch my front bumper ) But the property have so much potential and wishing Luca the best luck In the future ! P.S if I would like to stay again in this property? Definitely YES!

Check in was extremely easy, Ludmilla was always available and she helped us on every question we had. The villa has a beautiful garden with pool and barbecue was perfect! The rooms are very spacious and the location is very quite. Overall our stay was very pleasant and looking forward to come back soon!
