The view out across the fields and the location, close to the beach (5 Km away down a small local road). close but not too close to local towns (Fellonica and Castilglione dela Pescaia 5 Km away). The size and layout of the ground floor apartment was fine for two travelling. No wifi and no Air conditioning, but a fan was provided and worked well. The host (Mateo) and his partner were very helpful and although they didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian we all coped well using Google Translate. Note - Shop for food before you arrive - in Fellonica (Aldi etc) - we ended up buying food in Punta ala at the Green Camping Site - 1 K from our location - very expensive but local. great bakery further on towards Baia Baberina - Punta ala. Less expesive supermarket...bakery next door -focaccia and chocolate croissants......

The property was spacious (bigger than we expected), clean and very well furnished: coffee maker and coffee, fridge, even a washing machine. The owner was very helpful. We arrived late so he send a video showing how to find the place and how to check in on our own. The village where it is was beautiful.

Fantastic location - close to the beach but in the middle of a quiet and friendly town, and easy for parking. Amazing communication from the host. Facilities were very clean and very spacious for the price, exactly what we needed.
