The owner was very nice. We were on an alpe adria trip and because of the rain we asked the owner to check in early and the owner cleaned up faster and let us check in even before 12:00. The breakfast was good. The location is good. No problems with the bikes. They also fixed the problems that other commenters complained about, so it looks like they really care about the place.

The apartment was fantastic! The whole place was huge! The beds were super comfortable, humongous kitchen with dining room, super family Italian style. Beautiful bathroom, with everything you need. Breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, cookies, and even water in fridge. And about the host: if you arrive after check in hour, he guides you how to get there, sends you pictures, leaves the keys. Contact via WhatsApp. Highly recommend this place to stay. Exceptional for the money and pleasure.

Everything is up to the point in this coat, beautiful cottage. My son and I felt very safe here. It's very peaceful and heartwarming. We loved the nature walks and moutain view along with the amazing fields and small farms. The house itself is extremly well equipped with cleaning products and kitchen utensils. Great WiFi and services all around. This is by far a 5 star stay! We will definetly be back!

This apartment is very comfortable and cozy. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including food and drinks and several types of coffee. It exceeded our expectations. The host met us and even prepared cold drinks and treated us to delicious figs. We felt hospitality and care. We thank him for that. Here you will be surrounded by care and you can not worry about anything. The large terrace allows you to enjoy your rest. This is the most amazing apartment run by an incredibly friendly and helpful family. It couldn’t be more convenient for the piazza centrale in Palmanova. We had a wonderful breakfast every day at the cafeteria Torino with freshly baked croissant, excellent coffee and fresh orange juice. Palmanova itself is a real gem of a unesco world heritage site and a great place to visit.
