This was one of the cutest places we stayed in, in all of Japan. The flat is wonderfully designed, clean, the view is gorgeous (you can easily nip out for a walk ok the beach in the morning), the place is calm, there is enough space (we travelled with two small kids). The coffee to selfgrind was a lovely add-on. The flat is on top of the cafe/ shop, also run by the owners, and the food was delicious. There are other food places in the area (sushi just next door was very good), and a 7/11 just across the street. It is a little out of the centre but there is a bus literally 2 minutes away which takes you to the mainstation in 5 minutes - so totally worth it. We had a really lovely stay! Easy check in and check out.

This house was an absolutely incredible stay. The owner was very kind, accomodating and even cooked fish and chips for us! We had a wonderful time at ITER. It is a 10 minute walk to Hakodate Station, and there is a 7/11 next door!

The place was exceptional. Quality of the rooms and conditions were great. The facilities available within the unit (TV, washer, dryer, bathroom) were of great condition. Parking was readily available and the check in process was easy.

The whole house is clean and spacious. We can enjoy the huge living room together with the kitchen. It looks exactly like the photos that host provides. My family really enjoyed staying in House Coca. We had wonderful time in Hakodate and rested so well here.
