We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

He explained everything with care and created a space where I could simply breathe and be. Respectful, present, with a spark of something rare — you can feel this place is loved. And you’re lucky to step into that space. He’s the kind of host who leaves a quiet impression — the kind you remember long after you leave. Breakfasts were beyond delicious — fresh, local, made with attention and soul. Every morning felt like a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy life. The garden is full of life — lush greenery, cinnamon trees, soft air. The ocean is just 50 meters away — and the beach is so quiet and beautiful, it truly feels like it’s all yours. This is a place of peace and beauty — perfect for those who seek true rest, far from noisy crowds. An authentic villa, a pool, nature, and a sense of care. The property is very well presented with large bedroom & bathroom & terrace - the breakfast was served just outside our room. The swimming was excellent and well maintained and warm. The staff were very welcoming and worked hard to keep us all happy. The beach was a 5 min walk and is stunning - very natural and untouched. The wifi worked in the whole of the hotel.

Exceptional villa design, extraordinary hospitality of Irosh and his family. We had an amazing time here, highly recommended. AC in every room, very clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Breakfast was provided by the host’s mother - hand-cooked national dishes and fresh fruits every morning, all delicious!

Big mansion with a housekeeper and guard dog. Big pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Each room with own toilet. Great host. Brought us to buy fruits and going to the moonstone mine. Fantastic stay and near lots of shop, salon, fast food and market. Great location. Very homely. There's washing machine to wash all our clothing. Housekeeper makes great tea. Highly recommend to stay here.
