For 15 USD a day, you get to host 3 people with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine, iron, ample lounging space with about 3 tables and 2 sofas, 1 sofa bed, 10 chairs, 2 floors and 10min walk from the beach This must be the deal of the year on booking.com. !!!

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

When you enter the accommodation from the outside, you enter a new world. The garden is beautiful, the accommodation lovingly designed. We were given a welcome drink and Raj cooked us a delicious dinner on request. I also received a free Ayurveda treatment for my injured foot, which helped a lot. Raj is a very caring and attentive host.

We were warmly greeted by the staff and given an exceptional room. The hotel grounds were spotless as was the room. The pool was a great relief from the scorching sun. Everything and everyone connected to the hotel went above and beyond expectations.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Green Retreat Hideout. From the moment we arrived, it just felt right — quiet, spotless, and full of warmth. It’s tucked away on its own bit of land, so there’s no one around — just you, the fresh air, and the peace. That sense of space made the whole experience feel extra special. The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.
