We had a lovely time at this homestay. The house is large and spacious with an abundance of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Inside the house was really clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like you were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden and veranda was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful & quiet. Didn't have time to play but you could play badminton. They even have rackets & net. Highly recommend this place that is located centrally in the heart of Colombo for those who seek quiet comfort with a luxury feel.

Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

I agree with all the positive commentators 100%. The villa owner takes great care of her quest. Everything is thought out down to the smallest details so that the guest lacks nothing. We have been traveling in SriLanka for a month and have stayed in several villas, but Villa Vikasa Colombo is unmatched!! Thank you for very much!! and best of luck your future endeavors!

We had to stay for 24 hours before our flight. We had a small dog with us. Kumar (host) allowed us to leave the dog in the room while we were away. The owner is polite and helpful. Took us out to dinner in the evening. The room is not big, but comfortable. The facilities are shared

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
