We stayed for 5 nights , it was our favorite accommodation in sri lanka. Pradeep and his staff were fantastic, super attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.....even got some sri lanka cooking tips. Definitely recommended. Everything was emaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location could not be better, walking distance from lovely restaurants, beach, shops. 100%recommend Kaas Villas .

Beautiful luxury villa just a short walk from both Hiriketya and Dickwella beaches. Staff are very good and attentive and full of good ideas and tips. They even came at 04.00 to check us out. Highly recommended.

the family is the sweetest and made me feel immediately at home in sri lanka. price-quality is really good and every morning there is a big delicious local breakfast included. the bed is really comfortable and you have everything you need in the room, also a little kitchen. sheets and towels are clean. the little house is located really close to the beach! thank you so much for the lovely stay!

    The best accommodation I stayed in during my three weeks in Sri Lanka. It was excellent value for me and my partner but there are two double rooms and absolutely loads of space making even better value for a group of four. The villa included a private pool, modern facilities and a roof top area. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding.

    Great new villas located at the end of Dikwella beach and only a short walk to Hiri beach. The villas were clean and comfortable and the pool was great for a dip on a hot afternoon. Everything you could need is only a short walk away and there is no shortage of places to eat and drink nearby. Amazing breakfast every day. Great views to the ocean and surrounding areas.
