Me and my brother were the first to stay in this villa. It is a beautiful space to be in. It is clean and spacious. There is aircon and the building is well insulated. The family who own the place are very hospitable and kind people and we were very happy to stay and would go definitely go back :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Three Gables. The setting is stunning - immaculate pool with views of the beach and sea. The beach is completely unspoiled and right there. There are only 8 guests staying at any one time so always the perfect number of sun loungers and the pool was pretty much always empty so it felt like your personal pool. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive - they catered for us for absolutely everything. They made breakfast available for us late when we came back from the whale watching. You must have the Sri Lankan breakfast! Dinner was especially set for us on the beach one night which was delicious, and we saw a baby turtle. We had to leave early on our last day for our flight and we were sent away with a packed breakfast. Everything was so thoughtful, from the turn down service, the bath running, the freshly made juices and the coconuts shaped as bunnies. We loved it!!

Amazing unique location right by the sea where you can see sea turtles and the sunset with a nice swimming pool. The villa is very well decorated and the rooms as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet stay nearby Mirissa beach but away from the fuss.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubuntu Beach villas! 💜 Lakmal and the staff looked after us so well and we felt very spoiled. The villas are absolutely stunning and very special, completely beach front! We very much enjoyed that we could use the facilities and amazing restaurant at the Latern villa also. The food is absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend staying at Ubuntu Beach Villas and will definitely be back!!! We had an incredible time at this villa. The location is simply stunning – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality. The host and her lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every morning they prepared a delicious homemade breakfast, and they made sure we were never short of anything. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and heartwarming place to stay – this is it. We can’t recommend it enough!

Nice and comfy place in a quiet small street near Welligama beach. Has 3 separate rooms (one with Mickey Mouse on the wall😁). Big kitchen, we cooked breakfasts there and had them in the patio, nice view, we saw many birds and squirrels. Host is super nice and helpful, helped us to arrange birthday cake and decorations for our friend’s birthday. And cooked a great traditional breakfast! She was helping us with many other questions during the stay Several tuk-tuks are always available in the end of the street, so we could easily go everywhere

    It’s a beautiful new Villa run by friendly family. Big space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, good for working online. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.

    Such a great place! I had such a lovely stay at the Villa. Perfect location, close to cafes, the supermarket and the beach. Very clean and modern. Pamoda and her father were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. I hope I’ll be back again!
