Home from home! Ruwan and his family couldn’t have made us feel more welcome to their lovely Homestay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and in the heat a welcome relief. Our room was on the small side but this wasn’t a problem as the outside space had a hammock, table and chairs. Breakfast was served daily by Ruwan and his lovely daughter. It was fresh and plentiful and always delivered with a big smile. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and took some getting used to. Ruwan did kindly offer to change our room but we declined as we didn’t want to inconvenience him with another room to clean. However it is only fair to share this information. We stayed 4 Nights with Ruwan and his family and everyday he checked on our welfare, if we needed anything or a ride anywhere. He organised a wonderful Whale watching trip for us, one we would recommend, as a must when in this area. Ruwan kindly cooked us a delicious Sri Lanka. Fish supper despite his wife only day’s earlier giving birth to their son. On New Years Day the family invited us for breakfast in their home. The food was plentiful, delicious and a reflection of this family’s kindness and willingness to share their hospitality with us. I urge Anyone in this area to visit Ruwan and his family if wanting an authentic experience. Ruwan, thank you , we will be back. You are in our hearts forever. Xox

We had a truly wonderful stay at Three Gable’s Boutique in Sri Lanka. The rooms are excellent with breathtaking views, and the pool is perfectly tempered for relaxation. The food was outstanding, we enjoyed dinner there every evening because it was so delicious, and one night we were treated to an authentic Sri Lankan dinner that was unforgettable. A very special thank you to Suresh and to Sanuka, who was also incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated. The whole team goes above and beyond to create a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family. We tried to think of something we didn’t like, but honestly, there wasn’t anything, it was simply perfect.

Very nice tree house run by a very kind and helpful family. The location is very good and is very close to the beach. Overall it was decently comfortable. But the experience was unique, and very good value.

It was such a relaxing experience. The place has a calm vibe, surrounded by greenery, and the beach is just a short walk away, which was a huge plus. The staff were friendly and quick to help when we asked to change the beds, making things easy for us. If you're looking for a laid-back spot to unwind, this place is worth checking out.

Staying at this villa was nothing short of perfection. The property itself is fantastic— a seamless blend of modern design and natural surroundings. Every room has its tasteful interiors that open directly to the garden and beach views. Best part is the pool, which is super clean and few steps away from the beach. Whether it’s a morning swim with the sound of waves or an evening dip under the stars, the setting is magical. Equally impressive was the service. The staff were attentive from their thoughtful welcome to the amazing food throughout the stay. It’s rare to find service that feels both warm and truly five-star.

    Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water. Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive. The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night.

    The villa is in a beautiful and peaceful location - right on the beach and a short walk into the main town area. The villa was beautifully decorated and really spacious. The staff were so friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. I’m coeliac so can’t have normal bread and they got me specific gluten free bread and made me delicious breakfasts. A few days of luxury, I’d highly recommend.

    This place was incredible, truly the best/most beautiful place we stayed during our time in Sri Lanka. The interiors are beautiful and pool plus beachfront mean this villa really has it all. Finally the service was exceptional, a really lovely team and given the small number of rooms it felt totally tranquil and private. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

    Boutique luxury on the edge of Mirissa and one of the best places we have ever stayed. The villa itself is stunning with a very quiet and clean private beach. Although the facilities are fantastic, what really makes this property is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for the guests and went above and beyond. Only four rooms so it almost felt like having our own private villa at times. The breakfast selection is excellent and we also really enjoyed our private dinner on the beach one night. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!

    If you choose Mirissa (Mandarabulla actually), Landrich Eco Villas could be on your top list. Some 200m away from the main road and you're almost in the middle of the tropical jungle with monkeys, squirrels, geckos on your roof. The room was spotless clean, good wireless internet. Everything was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. When we arrived on a hot day, there was cold beer and water in the fridge, much appreciated !
