Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was a relax and work trip for my employees and they loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink. The caretaker went above and beyond, giving us a detailed tour of the house and its incredible amenities. They ensured that every aspect of our stay would be perfect. Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

    Lake Villa by Carlsen was a lovely place to stay with my family. Breakfast was great and Isuru and Rohitha cooked us some wonderful meals and took care of us during our stay. We definitely preferred their cooking to takeaway. The villa is lovely and modern and has a good family room upstairs with AC and nice views of the lake. Wifi worked well and netflix was active on the TVs. Fishing gear was also available.
