Nice vibe and directly situated at the beach! Madu and team are just awesome. As a solo travelling woman I felt always very safe. Breakfast was good as well as the Restaurant. The beach is quiet and nice and perfect for swimming.

We had a very comfortable stay at Kaas Villas, clean and cozy. Perfect location with very nice restaurants nearby, few steps from very quiet Dickwella beach and approximately 20 minutes walk to Hiriketiya Beach (a little bit crowded). Staff were very helpful, especially Pradeep - who was always eager to help.

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

We loved staying here, the villa is so peaceful and has the most beautiful view. It was a nice to be close to both beaches and the breakfast at La Playa Beach Club was great.

Very comfortable. Good mosquito nets! The property has an excellent bathroom, lovely bed, laundry facilities, kitchen, fridge and freezer, good WiFi, powerful fans. 100% happy ! The hostess was charming, and her local knowledge very helpful. We had THE BEST time here.
