Really lovely little villa. Very clean throughout. Everything was new and working. The bed was comfortable. Lots of space and comfortable seating inside and nice shady seating area outside. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy.

We felt very welcomed from the point of arrival. The mattresses were all perfect and super comfy, as well as having all the spaces very clean. I enjoyed every moment when I was at the property, I’m just sad that I didn’t get to stay longer!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is surrounded by expansive, lush greenery, offering a serene and peaceful retreat. Its location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and with food and grocery options conveniently nearby, everything we needed was easily accessible. This is the best accommodation I stayed at in Sri Lanka! Very beautiful and thoughtfully designed, cosy garden. Peaceful and quiet. The owners live on the same address and they were very helpful and kind. I absolutely loved the villa. AC is in the bedroom, however a ceiling fan would be appreciated in sitting area as it gets warm during the day. But this is not a complaint because my stay was amazing!

This place is absolutely fantastic! With only 4 reviews, we took a chance—and we’re so glad we did! The brand-new apartments are spacious and incredibly comfortable, with our 2-bedroom unit easily accommodating up to 4 people. Each room is generous in size, complete with AC, mosquito nets, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a complete kitchen and even a water filter machine—small touches that make a huge difference! The hosts are incredibly kind, always ready to assist, and they even run a charming grocery store just down the road. Location-wise, it’s perfect! You’re just a short walk to the beach and local shops, yet the apartment is tucked away in a peaceful area, offering the best of both worlds. This place truly has it all—comfort, convenience, and charm!
