It was very clean.The ambience was perfect for a family It was private It had a swimming pool inside which I wanted , beautifully decorated .There was a housekeeper -Jamila ,who looked after us there ,we were served amazing breakfast every morning. Also there was a security guard in place which made me and my family feel very safe .The outdoor pool was clean and well maintained

The apartment was amazing and very clean. The host was really attentive and helped immediately with any questions. It was really easy to get into the city centre and I would recommend the InDrive app to get around as it saves haggling over taxi prices. There is a small supermarket within a 2 minute walk in one direction and a beer and wine shop the same distance in the opposite direction. Overall a great place to stay and we would highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The location was ideal, the view breathtaking and the interior very comfortable. We highly recommend!” The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos! The welcome was warm and the equipment was of high quality. We will come back without hesitation. the swimming pool and the garden were a real delight for the children. 10/10! The villa was very clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive and friendly. Very beautiful villa, well located. We enjoyed the tranquility and the excellent view. If we could rate this villa 12 out of 10 we would. It EXCEEDED our expectations by far. The villa is huge and is absolutely immaculate. Not only is it spotless, but everything is in excellent condition and excellent working order. The pool is heated and an absolute dream. Heating and air con in every room. Hosts provide towels and additional bedding, all of the best quality. The villa is so secure and the resort is guarded 24 hours a day. Our host, Hamza couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and he met us at the villa on arrival to show us around and give us the keys. The location of the villa is beautiful, it literally backs onto the golf course which is stunning. A 3 minute stroll across the golf course and you have the Montgomery Club House which serves delicious food, the burgers are excellent, portion sizes generous and prices are excellent value for money. You can spend hours eating and drinking and enjoying the peaceful location. It also has a cash machine which is very useful. The villa is approx 15 min drive from the Medina and souks, or Gueliez. If you go on any trips, they will pick you up from the door of the villa. A taxi to any of the main places of interest (and to/from Marrakesh airport) will cost you around 150 dirhams. If you decide to drive, good luck! It seems there are no rules on the road!! We are already planning our return trip in October and will be staying at the villa again. It really did offer the perfect base for our long weekend in Marrakesh. Thank you so much Hamza, your kindness and organisation made our holiday all the better. If you stay at this villa, you will NOT be disappointed. And be sure to try the quad biking and the camel ride and sunset dinner and show. They were brilliant experiences that offered excellent value for money.

Mustafa, the care taker was very good, always around if we needed anything and he made us a very welcome tea when we arrived and also breakfast one morning on request (€10 a head). There was a slight language barrier but google translate helped there. Comms with the owner Ali were excellent before our arrival and Najate was very welcoming over a few phone calls as she was away until our departure day. The pool was huge, clean, amazing and the house was even better! Everything was even better than in the photos. We were a family of 5 with a 21 year old and 2 18 year olds. The place was so big we each had plenty of personal space when we needed it, but when we came together for meals or to sit on the patio or by the pool it was lovely and cosy. If you came as multiple families there would still be plenty of space. The outdoor table was huge and sun loungers very comfortable. All towels provided. The air con in the bedrooms and the pool being cold were a godsend as it was 48 degrees the day we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped like a home from home with dishwasher, big fridge and freezer and everything else you could possibly need. The Wi-Fi was very good all over the house and garden contrary to older reviews. After our desert trip the washing machine was very welcome as everything go so dusty. There is a big Carrefour hypermarket 15 mins walk away with online motorbike delivery if needed for small fee, which we only discovered after walking there the first time. We booked the airport transfer (a people carrier) via booking.com for £34 arrival and departure. Once there, Mustafa put us in touch with a transport company who charged £25 to take us to the Medina and back when needed. This villa was such good value for money - they could easily charge twice the rate for what you get!
