Beachfront Orahovac is a hidden treasure on the Northern shore of The Bay of Kotor. This area is a good choice, when you prefer to avoid overcrowded beaches of Budva. When choosing this accommodation you will get a compact villa that faces midday and evening sun and has its own seashore. Terrace extendes from villa up to seashore. Up to six persons will spend a very pleasant holiday here. Villa has two well-stocked kitchens and plenty of other items you would need during your stay. For us host allowed parking next to the house on the street and although it seems to be narrow, it still manages to fit both traffic and parking. Orahovac itself has couple of restaurants and you can always drive east or west to go to other locations. Host's family is kind and helpful and we definitely advise to book this villa.

This place is amazing - quiet, peaceful, a bit wild and full of nature. We've relaxed and enjoyed it. Kids loved the pool. The breathtaking view around the church made us great memories. The house is clean and atmospheric. The host - Zarko is very hospitable and helpful.

Received a lovely warm welcome from the family. Apartment was of a good size and beds made up for arrival, also a couple of additional lovely touches. Very spacious and clean with private parking spot. Great stopover close to airport and Porto Montenegro.

The property was beautiful and well-managed! The hosts were very polite and cooperative and helped us throughout the process, they’re very friendly. They even gave us an additional day to make the payment since we were not carrying any cash. Had an amazing time there and looking forward to visiting again soon!

The Villa was immaculate and had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The driveway and secure gates were great for our hired car. The Balconies provided gorgeous views of the bay and perfect for evening or morning. Aircon in all the rooms that worked. Plenty of beach towels to use. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen had everything, from a dishwasher to coffee machine, wine fridge, freezer etc. The Bbq and dining area outside was fabulous - we used it frequently. Hot tub was a great addition and used both morning and evenings. Plenty of seating areas outside and living rooms on each floor inside. Beds were very comfortable also. During our stay, Oskana and Yuri ( the hosts) made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived by giving us a tour of the surrounding area for the local supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station and local restaurants they recommend. They also took us to the tourist office to pay and register our stay the first morningwe were there which was a big help. They responded quickly to any queries we had throughout our stay and helped us out of a difficult situation late at night when our car had a flat tyre. They arranged a tow truck for us and a tyre change at a local garage for us which was greatly appreciated. The photos are fabulous but the villa is much more impressive in reality - its beautiful!

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

    Everything was perfect. Fantastic big appartment. Old luxury style. Perfectly clean, very good equipped kitchen and very friendly hosts. Great sea view from rooms and large terrace. The location is a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Not far from Perast and Kotor old towns. Overall great experience. We will definitely come again👍👍

    Lovely hosts and they go out of their way to help you. Great space and pool. Close to restaurants and shop not far from perast and the our lady of the rock. We also took an hour and half drive to Dubrovnik. The villa is great value for money.
