The host is amazing. He brought us food that his mother cooked and took care of us. We also loved Aro the dog. The place is exactly what we wanted - out of the (not beautiful) town, with beautiful view and quiet. Just a mountain hut. There's heating which works great.

Wonderful place. Great location. Convenient access and parking. Cozy and beautiful area. Incredibly beautiful view from the window. Clean and well maintained house.     Everything was organized and you just stay and use all the facilities it is super clean and nice place kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable the owner did great job here and they are so friendly they live next to these villas and they ask to help in any thing I really recommend this place for sure.

    The villas are wonderful and the views are amazing. The villas are located just outside of town in an area of still mostly farmland. The interior of the villas are very well appointed and have a great style. The host is wonderful. I did a lot of research on the different villa options around Zabljak and believe that Villas Chardak is one if not the best villas in the area.

    Host kind and available all time. nicely equipped. we stayed at the parents bed room, out friends stayed at the second bed room where bed has a fence to avoid children falling out of bed. I would recommand to take in case of 2 couples, two seperate villas. in this family appartment one bathroom by the living room and another one upstairs.

    If you are searching for a very lovely cottage outside of Žabljak, with a beautiful mountain view and the possibility to end the day in a whirlpool, than Villas Sunny Hill is just right for you. The furnishings are very tasteful and everything you need is there. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are also very nice :)
