the whole place in itself is so homey, comfortable and most of all clean. not only that, but they also provide kitchen utensils, cookware and even placed basic food and drink for our own use. drinking water is unlimited... i love the dog that usually sleeps at the front door during nighttime, seems we have our own guard. the place suited our needs, since we travel as family. the place is situated inside a med-high community which make the whole stay safe and secure. love how they leave the keys at the front door with a classy box. wonder where we can buy that. if asked if we want to stay again, YESSS we will do in fact looking at booking it for December to visit family in Dadiangas.

We had a great time staying in the house. The owner is prompt to our queries and the staff, Kuya Manuel, is very welcoming. They let us checked-in early as well. The house is clean, child-friendly (as there are toys to play with) and mother-friendly (as condiments are all ready and tools for cooking are complete). We ( she, actually) cooked everything on the two burner propane stove...A/C in the bedroom promoted cuddling.... Shopping, Entertainment fairly close. Zip-lining and a water park VERY close at a nearby resort. Overall, all the comforts of home in a very good location. Everything is exactly as advertised.

The communication was easy and instructions are clear. The location of the house is situated in a quiet and calm location. It is ideal especially if you are expecting a flight from General Santos Airport. You can access the airport without passing through the busy road. We took the diversion road to reach the Gensan airport. They have snacks and drinks for you (on your expense) which we found such a good help and made our stay very satisfaction. We will come back again.

Coming from Germany for about a week to GenSan, we had a wonderful stay as a family including our 1.5 year old baby. We felt very safe and welcome at all times and the neighbors were very friendly too. There is a small 7eleven relatively close by and also a pharmacy. We visited our family in GenSan so we had local support and transport organized privately. The house was very clean and just loved our stay in this typical Filipino house. Air condition was working well and we had no electricity brown out or anything. We used the grill for barbecue and had a nice family dinner. We were very satisfied.
