Fantastic big house. Lovely hosts. Lots of clean towels and linen if required. Great location, Fantastic gym up the road. Metro Supermarket and market very close. Thirty minutes from the city centre.

This place was such a charm! The house itself is tastefully appointed with all the facilities you need for a peaceful stay. Including a generator for power interruptions common for a remote area in the Philippines. The location cannot be beaten for a view of Mt Kanlaon… stunning morning views. But the stay would not have been the same without the personal touches added by the caretaker Ryan. Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was also a perfect guide to visit secret natural wonders on the hike up the mountain/volcano. He was also able to arrange car hire for local sight seeing with a lot of great suggestions. It is quite isolated and as a foreigner Ryan was so helpful to provide cultural insights and translations for travelling in the area. Made us feel so much more at ease. Cannot recommend this place enough with Ryan as part of the package. He was respectful, helpful and responsive at all times. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏽

Very quiet and nice garden. Staff was very friendly. We met one of the owners and she was just lovely to talk to. Easy check-in. Loved the paintings! Would definitely recommend and book this place again.

It was a very comfy house with complete amenities. We were able to enjoy our stay and the owner is easy to reach out and very considerate. Transpo going out the subdivision is easy too. Just one tricycle and you'll be able to ride different transpo going in and out of the city
