The property is new very comfortable and excellent location . Comfortable beds and very quiet at night . The warm welcome we had from the host family made us feel truly welcomed. We felt like part of the family. Strongly recommend if you looking for a quiet place to relax but close to main attractions.

Everything was great, the house is big, it has a nice view and it's close to the airport. It was very comfortable for 5 people and we had everything that we needed. There is also a shop nearby and few restaurants. No problem with parking. Awesome place to spend time with your friends/family. We had no problem to get anywhere on the island from the house as it's not far away from the main road. Also the owner is very lovely and she wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect!

This is an amazing villa! Everything is brand new. Modern design. Very thought thru. It has everything you need and even more! Great front porch with lounge chairs. Great back porch with a small patio table and a grill! Grill, Karl! We didn't go to restaurants in the evening - we just purchased wine and different fish every day and ate at the property! Saved tons of money. Two balconies view over the ocean or sunset, you decide! Kitchen was great. Bedrooms were great. We had such an amazing time. Walking from the villa to the beach is short - like a few minutes. Everything was close. There is a outdoor shower and rinsing station - so, you can brush off that sand before entering the house. The host was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place - some of our friends are already planning to visit Madeira and stay here

Nice apartment with everything you need for one night stay. Owner was very nice, told us about the area, pick us up from the airport and drived us to Ponta Sao Lourenco and back. He also helped us with the hiking trails. Very helpful.

The house was really good. It is beautifull and you have everything you need. The owners were very friendly, they even bring us bread in the mornings. I am fascinated with this reservation. I will come back for sure!

Everything is great. Nice place, comfortable villa. About 15 minutes to the sandy beach. About 5-7 minutes to the shops Pingo Doce and Continental. The kids swam in the pool every day. Very intrusive when it was windy on the beach.

You wake up in the morning and go out and you see amazing views of the valley. The location is also very good to access the north of the island but also the south. The apartment is clean and it is styled on the old period houses of Madeira. The host is very very helpful.

Goretti and Mauricio were great hosts, very responsive and friendly. They shared some of their home grown dragonfruit and Madeira wine with us on arrival and gave us lots of local travel tips. Room was very clean and recently renovated. Good value for money. Parking on site with enough space to manoeuvre. Full shared kitchen available.

    Location fab in the centre of Machico, near taxi rank, beach and places to eat. Big supermarket and bus station 8 minute walk away. 2 nights of luxury after 5 nights wild camping the Madeira Ultra Trail. Lush shower. Great cooking facilities. Great value for money

    The host was nice and welcome. I you have any questions, he and his family lives next to you're house. I like the view near the village and the sounds of the nature and villages. There are basic ingrediënts in the kitchen and soaps in the bathroom. Every morning you will get soms fresh bread, the host is happy to help!
