Bessy is such a sweet host. We were allowed to drop off our bags earlier, as we were way too early for check-in. She also helpedbus book a cab to the airport on our last day, and we were allowed to do laundry! One day she also offered us fresh fruit from the garden, which all tasted amazing. The skins could be fed to the tortoises out in the garden. The apartment itself was amazingly spacious. A comfortable couch for the evenings, a massive kitchen with anything you will ever need, 2 balconies and a very large bedroom with en suite bathroom. Airconditioning in both living room and bedroom made these areas very comfortable when staying in one of these rooms. The location of the apartment is oerfect for getting around the island. We didn't have a car, but there are bus stops at the end of the road so you can get anywhere you want. Also nice restaurants and craft brewery within walking distance, which we really recommend! Takamaka and Craft Village are also nearby.

The house is very nice and Lise is also very kind and helpful. She lives in the neighbouring house and was always there if we needed anything. House has IC in the sleeping room and a big vent in the living room downstairs. Garden is nice and has its own shower. There are chickens and cats all over the place which we liked. There is a beach within about 5min walking distance, but it is still a VERY good idea to get yourself a car if you are on Mahe or Praslin.

Stayed for one night before departure, good apartments, everything you need, free transfer to airport. One of the family members needed medical care, Laura, the owner's daughter is a doctor and accompanied us to the hospital, helped us get help, for which we are very grateful to her, she spent more than three hours with us on her day off. We stayed here for one night. - As the name suggests, it's a very big villa. Very huge property. - The owner was very friendly and she will offer a taxi service from the ferry (with good rates compared to what you see online). - We came 2 hrs earlier, although we were not able to check in, we were allowed to keep our luggage inside. We paid through credit card. After check-out, we kept our luggage outside of villa as our flight was in the night 10PM. (It was safe to keep luggage outside). - The property is huge, so you have multiple spots to chill and relax. In the outside, there was balcony on ground floor and 1st floor, also seating space in the backside of the villa. - The kitchen is huge, so is the living room (Kitchen could have been more clean, but not major issue). There are 2 washrooms, 1 in ground floor and another in the 1st floor. - A big thanks to the owner as they have a continuous running water filter, so you can have lot of drinking water availability. Kitchen was very well equipped. ( Although it was tricky to use the gas stove ( we couldn't use), be sure to check with owner how to operate during check in, Thankfully, we didn't need it, as we used the electric pot rice cooker to heat some things up). - It is close by to the airport which is a major positive. Location (read carefully) : - Close to the bus stand. (We used public bus during our stay). Also, it is close to a super market. During check-out, we even walked back to the airport from the property. - The property is very, VERY steep ! I am a hiker and a fit person, I could walk from the bus stand to the property, and the walk in itself was a good hike ;) - If you are not fit, you cannot walk from bus stand to the property. Don't take this lightly. - DO NOT THINK, you can carry/push trolley to the property from the bus stand. IMPOSSIBLE. You need a car to come to property with luggage !

The property was clean. We had a good view and a garden to chill and to bbq in. The staff was very friendly. They helped us, offered us a coconut from their own garden. They also gave us a ride to the airport. Also, they had lovely turtles. I would definitely go back there!

    My stay at Villa Bel Age, hosted by Nicholas, was delightful. Nicholas is an excellent host, incredibly helpful and attentive. The villa boasts a great location with awesome views. I recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

    I spent a wonderful month at this location. The villa is very beautiful, intimate, and has a dreamy view. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need and is very clean. Access to any part of the island is easy, both with public transport and with a rented car. We want to thank both Veronique and Fania who helped us with absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this wonderful and friendly place.
