Hamilton House was a lovely, peaceful base for exploring the area. Two of the three rooms had their own bathroom, which worked well for us. I was travelling with my service dog, but the place is also pet-friendly. The house is set back from the main road, and it felt calm and quiet. The view of the temple in the hills at sunset was beautiful, and the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. The weather was much milder than in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, which was a big plus for me. One of the unexpected highlights was the group of local street dogs — they were gentle and very respectful of the boundaries my dog and I set on the first day. If you don’t like dogs, you can just ignore them. But for an animal lover like me, engaging with them was a real joy. Walking through the neighbourhood with my dog while being followed closely by 12 others felt like being part of a peaceful pack. Communication with the host was smooth and fast throughout. The location is only about 30 minutes from Khao Yai National Park, and the neighbours were also very polite. I would absolutely stay here again — it offered independence, peace, and a touch of community.

Check in was via Rajpracha hotel, a few seconds walk from the villa. We were quickly shown around with no fuss. The villa had a feel of home, everything required for a perfect getaway. We declined daily maid service but it was an added bonus Great view out to the river which added to the peaceful feel. Beautiful villa....highly recommended 🙏

The place is operated by a friendly family. They are so warm and helpful. The place so beautiful from the outside to the inside. It feels like home and not any other hotel stay. Fast wifi and Midwinter is just 5 mins away! Along the stretch of road outside got a lot of eateries and convenient stores. The owner provide us a bicycle which we do not have time to explore. It is a pity. We wish we could stay at least 2 days at this wonderful place with the wonderful host!
