It looked very clean, the toilet was also clean and smelled good. Cups for drinking and for coffee were sufficiently prepared. Water heater available upstairs bathroom. Wi-Fi available. Rooms were spacious. Smoking corner is available at the front. The host was keep updating information before arrival for the stay. Overall, for the price it was worth it.

Family of 5 . Drove from KL to Hat Yai. Stayed nights. Have everything, each room have TV and all air conditioned. Complete kitchen with free waters, fridge, microwave, washing machine Very friendly owner. Thank you so much Miss Pani for making our stay in Hat Yai so pleasant and enjoyable. Wifi is good. house is clean and have mosquito net. Car park inside gated house. Feel so safe.
