Everything exceeded our expectations. Villa was very clean, with beautiful japanese style, best-quality interior. The Owner Nana was very supportive and super friendly, while still repsecting our privacy. We felt the love the owners invested to create this awesome location. It was very relaxing to spent time in the evening on the quiet terrace with view on the river. Also the garden was very impressive with various exotic plants. Once we had a flat tire on our motorbike the owner directly jumped in and called a relative, who repaired our bike in 15minutes for a very very cheap and fair price. We definitely would spent another night here, when coming back to Ayutthaya. ♥♥♥♥♥

The rooms were spacious and there were several to choose from, each equipped with an air conditioner, a comfortable bed, and two towels. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having earplugs provided. Kitchenware such as bowls, cups, and utensils were all available, making it feel just like home. The TV was large and being a smart TV, it allowed us to enjoy Netflix and other streaming services with ease. Above all, the warm hospitality of the host and the kindness of his lovely son were the most memorable. Thanks to them, I had a very comfortable and heartwarming stay

I arrived at the accommodation around 11:00 PM after getting off the train. Upon arrival, the staff gave me a very warm welcome. I was truly impressed that they were happy to wait for our late check-in. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures—so lush and peaceful in real life. I’m very impressed with this place and will definitely come back again!

Nice and peacefull , the beach house was awesome, swimmingpool needs some repairs, just as the other buildings around, breakfast was good.. Parking place & wifi are great..

This was a hidden little gem. A bit far removed and difficult to get a grab. But the staffand facilities were great! The kids loved it too!

Pleasant home environment, everything perfectly clean. The owners are very helpful and nice. They took us to a local morning market without tourists. Amazing homemade food, one of the best we have eaten in Thailand so far. Tourist free area.
