The place is clean and things look fairly new. The kitchen facilities are near perflect with enough dinner plates, utensils, cups etc, There is a rice cooker, air flyers, microwave, water boiler, new frige, and other usual pans and pots. There is free wifi and is of hgh speed. Also there is a big flat TV in the living room and one in each bed room. The channels are adequate. The host is very helpful and responses to calls within a resonable time. The location is closed to highways and parkways and within easy distance to supermarkets, restaurants and close to the airport.. The place, however, is not that close to Fort Myers Beach or the Sanibel Island. But the cost of rental is superbly reasonable and I will definitely recommend it for potential renters.

A spacious and well furnished house with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is quiet despite the road that runs past the house. Big garden and lots of bird life in the surrounding trees - great for us as birders. The snacks provided upon arrival were very welcome, especially when enjoyed sitting out on the porch with a cold beer. Comfy beds, good shower, comfy sofa - what more can you ask for.
