Location was outstanding, but property was not managed well. MB Mattress was sunken, no wash cloths, no kleenex, napkins etc. Advised management and nothing was done. Was told if I purchase an iron I would be reimbursed. Once I purchased wash cloths and a functioning iron and pad cover...I was the told I would not be reimbursed. The so called "local staff" is nonexistent. Vacasa knows all the right things to say or pacify the client, but no corrective actions were taken. I would not stay at any property managed by Vacasa because the client has absolutely no recourse when they don't provide what the contract states.
