A very quite location, very much felt away from the business of Austin. Ann was the most lovely person, made us feel very welcome and clearly cares very much for the grounds and accomodation. The units are well spaced, we didn't hear any of the other guests and each unit has a good amount of space outside to relax in. The stair case was huge and the accomodation is far bigger than it appears in the photos. If you have hired a car its a good location as you will need to drive to get food or site see. We stayed at 5 different places, this was by far the best for comfort, peace and value for money!

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It has a large kitchen, and the rooms are clean and well-lit. If you're looking for affordable accommodations close to San Marcos for shopping or Austin for bars, this is the perfect location! It's located 1hr from the San Antonio airport. I'll definitely be back!
