The location was perfect. Every possible store and restaurant is within a couple of miles. Also, Busch Gardens and the Seminole Hard Rock Casino is a very short drive away. The house is cozy and very well maintained. The neighborhood was good and the neighbors were friendly. The house was exactly as advertised. The owner is very friendly and responded to my couple of questions within minutes. I could not have asked for a better rental for the price. The family and are are even considering renting the same house next year.
