Villas in Ninh Binh

Amazing place to stay in Ninh Binh, the villa is spacious, the private dipping pool is amazing, the breakfast was limited but honestly more than enough anyway. Some people complained about the lack of shades and the bright light in the morning-honestly I didn't really cared that much and slept like a baby. Highly recommended!

The villa itself was a good standard. Spacious and although the chairs and single beds a little uncomfortable generally the decor was well done. The pool outside is nice and clean but for some reason they have all the pools facing the road rather than what will be the lake. I had the number of someone from the villas on messages and they were helpful and responsive when I asked specific questions. The resort will be nice when it's complete The location is quite close to the park It was wet, cold and windy when we were there and the villa was a good place for us to relax when there wasn't anything else going on The main restaurant is pretty spectacular but gets cold when it's bad weather. The food and service was good but menu is very limited. There was a good bolognese that our fussy kid was happy with. The fish was exceptional. The spa bath/onsen was clean and relaxing. But there is no real changing rooms
