He gave us advice what activities to do/to avoid, what to see and when is the best time for that. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances were great. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Pool (not heated) is a nice add-on for kids.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome treat after the heat all day and the villa had everything we needed for a fabulous family holiday, the pool is lovely and clean, and the garden area and bbq were a huge bonus. Shower was amazing and beds really comfortable. The host could not have been more helpful from booking right through to all information we needed during our stay. Really highly recommend this villa for any family looking to get away to the beautiful island of Tenerife. Situated perfectly for local buses to other places and close to Siam Park water park. Our host was in contact regularly to make sure we were happy and had all we needed and we felt so looked after and welcomed here. Thank you we will be back again!

From the modern furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, everything contributed to a truly comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the swimming pool and table tennis - it kept them entertained for hours! And for the adults, the inviting outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

We hired a car so everything was convenient. Plunge pool was a bonus.

It’s perfect. Spacious rooms, excellently appointed. Very clean and airy. Air con is great. Outside area is private and gets excellent sunshine. Location is very quiet and secluded, but within easy reach of good bars and restaurants. Great view of the sunset.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the villa free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 5.5 km from Aqualand. We absolutely loved our time at Happy Place. What we loved most about the property was how quiet it was. When we were there we hardly heard a soul, but still felt like we were part of a community. The property was extremely clean and the quality of the bedding and the towels was exceptional. We all slept extremely well during our stay and left feeling very refreshed. There were plenty of cups, plates, bowls, glasses etc, including plastic plates and cups for children. The little villa had air con in the bedrooms (which was more than adequate) and a very powerful fan in the lounge. We hardly used the air con/fan as the villa was nice and cool anyway. We loved eating out the on the terrace and loved the view we had - you’re not overlooked at all. The pool was a short 2 minute walk from the property, about 75% of the time we were at the pool we had the place to ourselves. The pool area was very lovely as well, very clean, clean water, lots of sun loungers (which were also lovely) and toilet facilities too. The whole of the community area felt very safe and very well looked after. The supermarket is a short 10 minute walk in the morning for fresh pastries, and there is also ample parking behind the property (car hire is a must, but absolutely worth it and it’s very affordable on the island with a company called autoreisen who we’ve never had any issues with). Heidi was fabulous at replying quickly to any queries, we will return to Happy Place in a heart beat.
