Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.

The holiday home features facilities for disabled guests. We liked the tranquility, beauty, and the hospitality of the dolphin. Markos and his wife was like a family. We loved them the moment we met. We found Lampis from the internet but we will definitely return back. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at Tasso’s place on Patmos was truly unforgettable, thanks to his exceptional hospitality. Staying in Sapsila Beach was amazing, with breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations that made our visit perfect in every way. Tasso welcomed us with warmth and generosity, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond by offering us some delicious local pastries, sharing fresh figs from his garden and delicious homemade fig jam. He also offered us his extensive knowledge of Patmos, providing valuable insights that enriched our visit. We’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot, but we’ve never encountered such a great host as Tasso. We will always cherish the memories of our time here and can’t wait for the opportunity to return. Highly recommended!

She welcomed us at the port, helped with the car rental and then took us to the house. She showed everything and was very welcoming. The house is in a beatiful location overlooking the Kampos beach and has every facility one may dream of.

The location was ideal -- just on the edge of Chora. Very close and easily walkable to everything in Chora, but also in a quiet location. The property exceeded our expectations.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Latmos 1860 is a villa situated in a historic building in Skala, 2 km from Melloi Beach. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The villa features family rooms. We had a great time in Patmos many thanks to our stay in this place. First of all, the host was very kind and very friendly. The room's decoration was amazing and they even welcomed us with such beautiful sandal tree smell. The fridge was full of butter, we had honey, orange juice and bread and a very good amount of coffee capsules. The room was so clean and they kept cleaning the room everyday. Everytime we were back from the beach the room was like no one ever stayed there as the house keeping was perfect. I felt like I was home. And the location was amazing, just 1 minute to the port and all the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Dimitris so much for making us feel like we are home. We will definitely be back again.
