The holiday home features family rooms. Brand new apartment with great facilities. Beautifully furnished with quality appliances. Location couldn’t be better, 50 metres from the water taxis in a quiet laneway. There are stairs which weren’t a problem for us. Romantic loft with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning and internet were excellent. Will definitely return, Symi is a great island and this property and the hosts topped off a great experience.

In this house you are away from the tourist area and in the real town. It is about a fifteen minute walk down to the harbour. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Balcony with the sunbeds was lovely and sitting outside on that balcony my friend and I could have passed many hours away. We just wished we was able to have stayed longer. Bus stop that takes you straight down to the centre and ferry port was only a few minutes walk away,so incredibly convenient. Cannot wait to return again next year with my husband

Rosy House is a lovely quirky house, possibly owned by artists, that has a nice feel and a large balcony with a beautiful view of Symi harbour. Liked the aspect and main bedroom and useful having a dining table in the kitchen. Nice big fridge. Useful to be ferried from ferry and collected to return as it is up quite a few stairs.

The owner contacted me some days before arrival and explained that there will be transfer from ship to the apartments. Transfer driver was helpful. Met him few times in city during my stay. The house is located in the middle way of high steps which goes as a street in city. It took me 5 min to get down to the harbor and around 15 min back to house ;) Beautiful view to the harbor side when you are climbing on steps. The house is super authentic and at the same time stylish! Kitchen very basic but possible to cook. The sink is a stylish antique creation that is a museum exhibit worth seeing! Much space in the house. Safe, quiet area (in may), many cats walking around. Good internet. Much restaurants at harbor. Easy to leave keys during check out.

The location is a steep walk up from the harbour but a local bus runs every hour and can drop you off right by the property, the walk however is well worth it for the fantastic views. Everything in the property is spotlessly clean and tidy.

Symi as usual is beautiful. This is our 7th visit to the island. We love it , despite the day trippers to the port between 11 and 4 to be avoided. We hire a scooter or taxi ferry and go yo quiet beaches. Symiland Villa is a spacious, very comfortable modern (unusual on Symi) Villa home with airco two bathrooms, well equipped modern kitchen, and living and dining areas, two separate balconies plus a large covered terrace ideal for outdoor eating and sitting. It is 5 mins. walk from the harbour up a slope and some steps- not too Extreme for Symi. Perfect quieter authentic town location but just a bit away- good. It also has very lovely town and landscape views of Symi. Ideal for a relaxing family stay. Highly recommended. The ladies including Maria at Symi Holidays office were also helpful. Eleni and Marianatha also helped book a taxi from The ferry on returning to Rhodes yo our hotel there. Recommended from the Dodekanese Skiadani ferry as taxis are limited at that location. Tucked in a quiet corner of Symi away from the crowds visiting Symi on a day trip but just a few steps away from the Opera, Pavlos Home welcomes guests with a perfectly equipped studio to meet all your needs, including beach towels and toiletries. The bed is comfortable, the AC just as smooth, and the balcony lets you enjoy the views at the end of the day as if you’d live there all your life. Communication with the host is excellent, you can access trails right outside the place, and opening those shutters in the morning will make you wish you could stay at least a few more days because this is the best deal in town.
